If you have a heart for helping people in our community who are sick or in need, then you may be a perfect fit as a Caregiver. Befriending those who are struggling often means so much to them and their families. 

It often may involve several contacts over an extended period of time.  How much, how long, and how many people is up to you.  The pastor is often able to offer simple training and support as needed.  Passing along updates and requests to the pastor and the Prayer Chain are key components for this ministry.

Caregiving may include social calls in someone's home, dropping off a meal, reaching out with phone calls, dropping off a simple holiday gift bag from the church, bringing out communion once it has been blessed in worship, paying a visit if hospitalized, or other activities.  Thank you for considering this role of blessing others with your caring presence!
